Eligibility:

This college is imparting co-education to Boys and Girls who are having sound mental and physical condition. Only fit students and free from congenital or chronic disease or any defect. The candidate will submit a medical certificate.

Submission Of Application Form:

The Application form should be duly and enclosed attested copies of required certificates should be submitted in the office either in person or by registered post.

Admission Procedure:

The admission of the students will be on the basis of admission test and counseling. The selected candidates will be intimated by post and result will be displayed on the notice of the college or on E-mail. After selection the candidate is required the following documents.

• Original certificate and mark sheet of the previous examination passed.
• Four coloured passport size photographs.

Medium of Teaching:

The medium of teaching is English. Special classes are arranged to make the students fluent in English.

Examination Fees:

The Examination fees will be paid the students in addition to college fee. The payment of fees will be paid by bank draft in favors of J N Medical College & Hospital. The fees structure may be changed by the management.

Meritorious and Poor Students:

The Meritorious and poor students will be the authority of the Institution time to time.

• Concession and adequate financial assistance to the students belonging to economically and socially weaker section to the society.
• The top five students will be rewarded by the authority of the Institution.

These help depends upon the discrinatory power of the management of the institution.

Admission Fees:

All fees for current session including tuition fees and registration fees must be paid at the time of commencement of the session in advance for one year. The next installment will be paid within six months from date of admission. For 2yrs. Within 3 months for one yrs. Course.

The fees once paid not be refunded.

Uniform:

The uniform will be provided by the institution on minimum cost.

Identity Card:

The Identity card will be issued by the Institution on the minimum cost paid by the students. After issuing Identity Card if student wants to re-issue identity Card They have to pay 50/- Rs. Academic kit will be provided by the institution.

Attendance:

All the students should must attend at least 75% of the classes in both theoretical and practical. Those students who have not completed 75% of the classes will notbe allowed to appeared at the examination.

Expulsion of the Students:

The name of the student may be struck off the rolls form the institution on the following grounds:-

• Any kind of indiscipline or misconduct.
• Less than 75% attendance.
• Non payment of the fees in time.
• No student can claim for refund of fees if their name is struck off from the Institution.
